![]() The palm trees, albeit slightly recolored a bit, were borrowed from a pretty cool-looking 2009 style version of the Matt Hoecker model originally created by Ice, one of the elite members of the logo remaking community at the time. I took the time to construct a reasonable city skyline and mountain range so that the structure doesn't look like it is sitting at the bottom of one huge hill. Pretty much all of the main model has been built by hand, from the base to the revamped searchlights and their beams, though I did borrow a couple parts from the old model and made them look better. The model I have made is mostly from scratch. Well, I've decided to take on the challenge of modernizing the first ever 20th Century FOX/Studios Blender Remake to the current decade. I must say, looking at that ancient model now, it could use an upgrade. The original model created by Matt Hoecker and Ballyweg has been the most iconic Blender remake and always will be. ![]() One bug that Ballyweg fixed was that the searchlights tend to be more wild with the spotlight entities going through parts of the model, including through the stands when they shouldn't be. It was slightly modified by Ballyweg to fix some issues that made their way in for some bizarre reason. This model was originally designed by Matt Hoecker.
